Monroe Police Make Five DUI Arrests

MONROE, Conn. -- Monroe police arrested five motorists over the weekend on driving under the influence charges, according to the Monroe Courier:

  • Laura Kutlik, 30, of Fairfield, who tested for more than twice the legal limit of alcohol was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was $500 for court Dec. 21.
  • Timothy O’Connell, 54, of Newtown, also tested positive for twice the legal limit of alcohol, he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was $500 for court Dec. 21.
  • Debra Kelly, 58, of Easton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was $500 for court Dec. 21.
  • Sandra Toesser, 41, of Shelton, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane. Bond was $500 for court Dec. 22.
  • John Cuddy, 58, of Monroe, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving with a suspended registration. Bond was $500 for court Dec. 22.
