Monroe Man Who Escaped Police Pursuit Arrested On Outstanding Warrants

MONROE, Conn. — A Monroe man who escaped a high-speed chase with police April 10 was arrested two days later on harassment and stalking warrants, reports the Trumbull Times.

Christopher Barocsi, 32, was arrested following a traffic stop in Newtown on April 12, reports the Trumbull Times. 

He was taken to Trumbull police headquarters and served warrants for stalking in the second degree, engaging in police pursuit, reckless driving and operating a vehicle with a suspended license, reports the Trumbull Times. 

Barocsi also was served a November 2015 harassment warrant and was held on a $20,000 bond, reports the Trumbull Times.
