Nicholas Ludwig of Block Farm Road was charged with first-degree assault, illegal manufacture, distribution, sale of drugs and reckless endangerment. He sold heroin/fentanyl to a woman who was found unresponsive on July 2 and was revived after multiple doses of Nalaxone (Narcan), police told the Post.

He was held on $250,000 bond until until his arraignment Wednesday, the Post said.
Early on July 1, police found Ludwig hiding in bushes with heroin/fentanyl and a BB gun. In that incident, Ludwig was arrested July 5 and charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, and carrying a facsimile firearm.
