Dean Federici, 48, was charged with third- and fourth-degree larceny after borrowing the car in February and failing to return it, said the Trumbull Times.
Police discovered the car had been pawned after speaking with his mother and issued a warrant for his arrest. Federici turned himself in to police on April 29, added the Trumbull Times.
