Nicholas Goyer, 33, of 30 Wyoming Ave., Waterbury, turned himself in to police on Sept. 18 after learning there was a warrant for his arrest, police said.
Goyer was charged with tampering with evidence, interfering with police and sixth-degree larceny. His arrest comes from his interference with officers during an investigation of the untimely death of Preston Decker on Aug. 6, police said.
Goyer was released after posting the court-set bond of $20,000 and was to appear in court Oct. 2.
