Man Arrested After 2 Pounds Of Cocaine Is Found At Workplace In Monroe

MONROE, Conn. -- Monroe police have charged a Bridgeport man with drug possession after mail inspectors found a package that contained more than 2 pounds of cocaine worth $40,000, according to a report on ctpost.com.

Josue Gonzalez, 37, is facing multiple charges, including possession of narcotics with the intent to sell and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, ctpost.com reported. 

U.S. Postal Service investigators told police they had discovered a package suspected to contain drugs that was addressed to Gonzalez at his place of work in Monroe, according to ctpost.com.
