MONROE, Conn. -- Monroe firefighters spent a busy snow day on Saturday dealing with a car that went off the road and a tractor that caught fire.

Soon after the Wheeler Road call, firefighters extinguished a tractor fire in a driveway on Purdy Hill Road. Nobody was injured in that incident.
