Geraldo Maldonado is being held on $1 million bond for home invasion, aggravated sexual assault, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree burglary, first-degree threatening and risk of injury to a minor for the Oct. 13, 2015 incident, police told the Trumbull Times. He's accused of entering a woman's home, forcing her outside and sexually assaulting her while her infant daughter was in the house, the Trumbull Times reports.
The new charges came about as police were working on the investigation connecting him to four home burglaries in Trumbull from November of last year up to February, the Trumbull Times reported. He's also facing charges of burlgarly in Bridgeport, as well as a high-speed chase with police in April in Bridgeport that killed another motorist, the Trumbull Times says.
