Gino Testani of Folino Drive was arrested shortly after the alleged incident Tuesday when officers pulled him from the driver’s seat of a silver van, according to the Post, which reported that police at the scene seized a .25-caliber handgun and ammunition from his vehicle.
Testani is accused of following a 33-year-old woman to her job at the mall, then banging on her car while trying to force his way inside, according to Post, which reported that the 69-year-old man told officers the woman had driven by him earlier in the day at a high rate of speed while giving him the finger.
Testani, who was charged with second-degree breach of peace, was released after posting $1,000 bond, according to the Post.
