The Town Council voted unanimously to move $250,000 slated for the Senior Center Study Committee to the project to repair the Indian Ledge playground, the Post said.

Island Brook Park was deemed unsuitable for a new senior center because it is in a 100-year flood zone, the Post said.

The Senior Center Study Committee now has about $175,000 and will go back to the drawing board, the Post said.
