South Park Avenue In Easton Closed For Bridge Repairs

EASTON, Conn. – The Easton Police Department announced South Park Avenue, between Riverside Lane and Tersana Drive, is closed until further notice.

As that is a major commuter route for the Merritt Parkway and Bridgeport in general, detours have been set up north and south, police said.

Northbound commuters can detour to Tersana Drive to Ferndale Drive to High Ridge Road, while those going south can take High Ridge Road to Ferndale Drive to Tersana Drive, police said.
