Road Work To Cause Lane Closures In Bethel, Redding

REDDING, Conn. -- The Connecticut Department of Transportation began a milling and resurfacing project on Monday on a 2.8-mile segment of Route 58 in Bethel and Redding.

Work is expected to be completed on Monday, Aug. 29. Expect lane closures between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, on Route 58 between Route 107 and Route 302.

Night paving will occur on one night only, Thursday, Aug. 18, between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. The remainder of paving will occur during the day.

Modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.
