Lisa Lind-Larsen failed to show up at her scheduled 9:30 a.m. appearance, said The News-Times.
When she failed to appear by 10:40 a.m., the judge made an order that she be re-arrested, according to The News-Times.
She also faces a failure to appear charge if she doesn't make it to court by 4 p.m., said The News-Times.
Lind-Larsen was charged in July 2014 with two counts of animal cruelty stemming from the alleged poor condition of her animals and their stalls, according to The News-Times.
