Large Power Outages Reported In Easton, Redding, Trumbull After Heavy Rain

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — After a heavy band of rain moved across Fairfield County late Monday afternoon, a number of power outages were reported by Eversource and United Illuminating.

  • Bridgeport: 213 outages
  • Danbury: 45 outages
  • Darien: 52 outages 
  • Easton: 101 outages
  • Fairfield: 1,425 outages 
  • Newtown: 4 outages
  • Ridgefield: 5 outages
  • Redding: 567 outages
  • Shelton: 1,648 outages
  • Stratford: 625 outages
  • Trumbull: 40 outages
  • Weston: 35 outages
  • Wilton: 46 outages
