Help Monroe Library Build Its Minecraft World At Meetup

MONROE, Conn. -- Middle school students are welcome to another Minecraft meetup at the Edith Wheeler Memorial Library in Monroe, on Wednesday, Jan. 20.

Students can become part of the Fairfield County Minecraft Server and help the library build its Minecraft world. Bring your laptop if you have one. The library will have six available.

Also, if you have your own Minecraft account, enter that info on the registration form. The library will have up to five Minecraft accounts to lend.

This program is only for kids in grades 6 to 8, and registration is required. There are only 12 spaces, and as of Monday, it's down to nine. Click here or call the library at 203-452-2850 to register.

The meetup will be from 4-5 p.m. The library is located at 733 Monroe Turnpike, in Monroe.
