Learn to free your mind of the stresses of everyday life with the ancient practice of meditation. The session will be led by yoga instructor (with a concentration in meditation) Elaina Campopiano.
Please bring a yoga mat and wool blanket or cushion. No registration is necessary. Attendance is limited to 25 people. Once the limit is reached, the doors will be closed.
The session will be from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
