Trumbull Library Staging Program On 'History Of Bridgeport's Ritz Ballroom'

TRUMBULL, Conn. -- The Trumbull Library is hosting an author talk on the heyday of the Ritz Ballroom called the "History of Bridgeport's Ritz Ballroom."

The event will take place March 13 at 1 p.m. and is free. It will be held at The Center at 23 Priscilla Place, Trumbull.

Jeffrey C. Williams, author of "Home of Happy Dancers,," will be giving the talk. He will also be available for a book signing, and 30 copies of the book will be raffled off to attendees.

The Trumbull Arts Commission is involved in promoting the arts in Trumbull as well as being a liaison for disseminating information between the Community and the Arts.
