Orin Grossman Performs 'Music From The Americas' At Redding Library

REDDING, Conn. -- The Allen & Helen Hermes Art Series presents Orin Grossman at the Mark Twain Library in Redding on Sunday, March 6, at 3 p.m.

He will perform "Music from the Americas--North and South."

Those in attendance will hear two rags, a waltz and a tango with Grossman, who is Fairfield University’s Emeritus Professor of Visual and Performing Arts.

Grossman has played around the world, including Florence, Cairo, Australia, and St. Petersburg, Russia. Trained as both a classical musician and an academic, his continuing focus has been on creating and presenting a wide variety of musical events.
