MONROE, Conn. -- The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library is hosting a soldering workshop for teens in grades seven through 12 on Monday, April 18, from 4 to 5 p.m.

Participants will learn the basics of safety, and be taken through the process of creating a light-up badge for practice.
