Mark Twain Library In Redding Features Sept. 11 Program

REDDING, Conn. -- The Mark Twain Library in Redding will host "The Art of Remembrance," a program marking the 15th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on Sunday at 3 p.m.

Redding’s Charles Moretz, an artist and designer whose photographs were commissioned and permanently installed in Windows on the World, shares his connection to the World Trade Center and his plan to honor the iconic buildings.
