Children Can Follow Maze To Learn Coding At Monroe Library

MONROE, Conn. -- A special program to teach children in grades 3-6 to learn to code will be held at the Monroe Edith Wheeler Memorial Library on Tuesday.

The event, "Program Your Way Out of the Maze," will teach students how to program in a Java-like language. They will also learn how to control a maze-gobbling mouse and then work at their own rate on various programming activities that will teach them how to create their own maze.

Additional sessions of this program will be offered on Feb. 2 and March 1. 

Registration is required. The library is at 733 Monroe Turnpike.
