The Monroe store is named for her 9-year-old daughter, Olive, though the concept gets a big shout out to her dad, who Papageorge said inspired her to follow her dreams.
The store, open a little over a month, is catching on, according to Papageorge. Folks can find both new and used items, everything from baby outfits to trendy new pillows, and exciting new fidget toys.
There's also plenty of kids, preteen and women clothing along with baby gear, jewelry, and home accessories. "The more unique it is... the better," said the Trumbull resident.
She's also gearing up for the opening of her basement which will offer larger items, furniture, and rugs.
"My concept for the store is to not feel like your shopping in a consignment shop," said Papageorge. "It's designed to look high-end, but the prices are very reasonable."
More ideas are in the works including a web page, and "wine and sales" -- think "sip and shop" on late-night Thursdays.
She also wants to offer "pop-up shop" tables to rent monthly for local vendors where they can pocket their own money.
"I'm a big believer in helping people in our community, especially other women," said Papageorge, a former preschool teacher. "I was a single mom for a long time, and if it wasn't for my family and friends helping me, I'm not sure how I would have ended up."
