CT Man Charged After 4-Hour Crime Spree Robbing Multiple Women, Sexually Assaulting 1 A Fairfield County man has been charged after allegedly attacking and robbing multiple women over four hours. Cecil Mills, age 35, of Bridgeport, was arrested around 11:30 a.m., on Saturday, Feb. 24 after a vehicle pursuit, crash, and foot chase that ended near the intersection of North Avenue and Madison Avenue. According to Det. Detective Jeffrey Holtz of the Bridgeport Police, the victims all report being followed by what turned out to be a stolen Toyota Camry, before being robbed and assaulted.  Mills was charged with sexually assaulting one of the three women he allegedly robbed.…

The collision occurred in Bridgeport on Thursday, Dec. 14 at Housatonic Avenue and Wells Street. Scott Appleby, director of Bridgeport Emergency Management, said Bridgeport officers responded to the area and found a  man who driving an Italica motor scooter RX 150 on the ground. Man Killed After Truck Strikes Car, Overturns Into Ditch On CT Road A 39-year-old man was killed after losing control of his truck on a Connecticut road and hitting another car before overturning into a ditch, police said.  The crash happened in New London County on Sunday, Dec. 10 just after 5 p.m., when a Dodge Ram driven by 39-year-old Matthew Babcock of Lisbon was traveling north around a curve in the area of 509 Route 164 in Preston, according to state police. Donna Dvornek, age 63, of Bridgeport, was killed around 6:50 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 13, after being hit by two vehicles on Main Street at the intersection with Hillview Avenue in Bridgeport.
