US Marshals Nab Canadian Double Murder Suspect In Hartford A man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for a 2022 double homicide has been nabbed by the US Marshals Service in Connecticut. Kensworth Alton Francis, 29, of Mississauga, Ontario, was arrested in Hartford on Tuesday, March 26. York Regional Police said they are working to extradite Francis to the York Region.
