Suspicious Package That Draws Bomb Squad Turns Out To Be Medical Kit, Police Say A suspicious package found at a Connecticut adult day treatment center turned out to be a medical kit. The package was found at the Institute of Living at 200 Retreat Ave., in Hartford on Thursday, April 1, said Hartford Police. Police and the bomb squad responded to the scene to investigate the package. Following an investigation, police said the package turned out to be a medical kit left in a bathroom.
