Stratford EMS Honors Dispatchers, Volunteers During Annual Awards Dinner

STRATFORD, Conn. -- Stratford EMS and the Stratford Volunteer EMS Association recently honored several of its own during the second annual Awards Dinner.

The event, held from 7 p.m. - midnight on Friday, Nov. 4, recognized the efforts of several EMS staffers who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in the past year, according to the organizations.

Among those to be honored were dispatchers Cheryl Schneider and Michael Schneider (no relation), who both won Excellence in Dispatch Awards, according to the organizations, which added that Dispatch Supervisor J.P. Sredzinski was presented the Outstanding Leadership Award. Lauren Botsford was named the EMS Volunteer of the Year.

"Congratulations to all of the award winners and to all Stratford EMS Staff on a great year," said a post on the EMS' Facebook page.
