Stamford Men Sentenced For Trafficking Counterfeit Oxycodone Pills Containing Fentanyl Two Fairfield County men were sentenced for trafficking counterfeit oxycodone pills that contained fentanyl. Stamford residents Arber Isaku and Vincent Decaro, both age 32, were sentenced on Monday, Aug. 8, according to Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States attorney for the District of Connecticut. Michael DeLuca, 65, Of Norwalk, Greenwich Mail Carrier, Golfer, Dies A retired mail carrier in Greenwich for 42 years and avid golfer, Michael J. DeLuca, died suddenly on Sunday, Sept. 15, at age 65. He was born Sept. 24, 1953. DeLuca is survived by his wife of 27 years, Janice Husted DeLuca of Norwalk, and two children, Tatum DeLuca Sullivan (TJ) and Alyson Harrison (Todd); and their mother Sheryl Ann DeLuca (Frangione), along with two grandchildren, Marcus Todd Harrison and Riley Marie Sullivan.  He is also survived by his three siblings, Geno A.
