19: US To End Requirement Air Travelers Show Negative Test
International travelers arriving to the United States by air will no longer have to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test, The Hill reports. After nearly 18 months in effect, the Biden administration is doing away with the obligation at 12:01 a.m. ET Sunday, June 12, the outlet reports. It comes after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) determined the move is no longer necessary “based on the science and data,” according to The Hill. Up until now, travelers hoping to catch a flight to the US had been required to show proof of a negative test one day before their flight. …

Who Drank It? State Department Investigating Missing $5,800 Bottle Of Whiskey
The US State Department has a real “whodunnit” on its hands as it attempts to locate a costly bottle of whiskey that was gifted to former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo by the Japanese government during the Trump Administration. In a notice posted to the Federal Register, the whereabouts of a $5,800 bottle of whiskey gifted by the government of Japan in 2019 is listed as “pending,” though it is unclear if Pompeo ever took possession of the gift. According to a New York Times report, Pompeo, age 57, was in Saudi Arabia the day the gift is said to have been given to him, though he traveled to…

Once Crown Jewel 'Trump Force One' Now Sits Idle At NY Airport
“Trump Force One,” a tricked-out Boeing 757 that once represented the former president’s personal wealth has become something of a relic of his past as it sits idly in a Hudson Valley airport. Trump’s personal plane, which he enjoyed showing off before his time in the Oval Office, was once a popular talking point and rallying cry for the former president, though it is now defunct and sitting on a ramp at New York Stewart International Airport in Orange County. According to multiple reports, the plane has not been used since Trump’s time on the campaign trail, and has seemingly been abandone…

Voters Urged To Hand-Deliver Unsent Mail-In Ballots - 'Do Not Rely On USPS'
Do not rely on the U.S. Postal Service to deliver your ballot on time for the election if you haven’t sent it already is the message politicians and reporters are trumpeting following a report that delivery times are way down. On Tuesday, Oct. 27, the New York Times reported that the USPS says on-time delivery rates for first-class mail are “far below its target,” the Times tweeted. “Experts warn that, at this point, voters in many parts of the country should hand-deliver ballots to local officials or drop boxes.” Locally, on Tuesday, Hamden State Rep. Michael D'Agostino told voters …

Connecticut AG Blasts 'Offensive' Federal Lawsuit Accusing Yale Of Anti-White, -Asian Policy
The Connecticut AG is calling the U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit against Yale's alleged discrimination against white and Asian-American people “politically motivated,” “offensive” and a “complete overreach.” On Thursday, Oct. 8, the U.S. Attorney’s Office filed a lawsuit against Yale University alleging its admission policies are racist for seeking to racially “balance” the university’s population. Many colleges and universities create diversity recruitment goals in an effort to bolster equity. “The [Trump] Administration has fully embraced its racist mantle as the last gasp of this fai…

Sixth Vaping-Related Death Reported; Trump Moves To Ban Flavored E-Cigarettes
The Trump administration announced Wednesday, Sept. 11, that it plans to ban all flavored e-cigarettes as the number of vaping-related deaths continues to rise. “The Trump Administration is making it clear that we intend to clear the market of flavored e-cigarettes to reverse the deeply concerning epidemic of youth e-cigarette use that is impacting children, families, schools, and communities,” Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar said in a statement. “We will not stand idly by as these products become an on-ramp to combustible cigarettes or nicotine addiction for a generation of yo…

Simmering Tensions Between Pelosi, Ocasio-Cortez Boil Over Border Aid Package, Trump
U.S. Rep. and Westchester County high school grad Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi are more divided than ever following congressional funding of security at the U.S.-Mexican border. Pelosi criticized Ocasio-Cortez and three other liberal House Democrats for failing to support a Democratic leadership-backed immigration measure during a Capitol Hill dispute with the White House over funding for the border crisis. During a closed-door caucus on Wednesday, July 10, Pelosi reportedly asked House members not turn to Twitter to criticize moderate Democrats. "Do not tw…

'America Was Never That Great': Comment By NY Gov. Cuomo Ignites Firestorm
"America was never that great." Did New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo really say that? Yes, yet his supporters quickly jumped on the news media and Republican supporters of his November challenger, Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro, and President Donald Trump as somehow twisting and exaggerating Cuomo's remarks. Cuomo, of New Castle, made the seemingly offhand remark as part of his rebuke of Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan during a bill-signing ceremony in New York. But the line drew immediate gasps from the crowd. “We’re not going to make America great again…

The congressional letter was submitted as …
