Greenwich Man Nabbed In Stamford Marriott Stolen Goods Heist A Greenwich man who had been stopped in downtown Stamford for driving on the wrong side of the road led to his arrest two days later for ripping off the equipment shed at a Stamford Marriott hotel. Michael Genovese, 45, was first stopped by Officers Robert Herman and Matthew Pompa on Tuesday, Nov. 5, for driving the wrong way on a one-way street, said Stamford Police Capt. Richard Conklin.
