Missing Dog Last Seen In Shopping Center Near Fairfield County Border A dog last seen at a busy shopping center in Northern Westchester has gone missing and her owner is asking for the public's help in finding her. Reese is a yellow lab with a green collar, weighing 65 pounds. She went missing in the shopping center on Route 123 in the Lewisboro hamlet of Vista near the borders of New Canaan and Wilton around Thanksgiving time, owner Jill Townsend said. Six From Fairfield County Charged With DWI In NY State Police Stops New York State Police troopers busted more than a dozen motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the last week-plus in the area. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Saturday, Dec. 8, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Santiago M. Raymundo,  26, of New Rochelle, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in Croton-On-Hudson, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
