Stop For Failure To Maintain Lane Results In DUI Charge For Greenwich Man, 27 A Greenwich police traffic stop on West Putnam Avenue resulted with the DUI arrest of a local man. According to the Greenwich Police Department, a Honda Civic was allegedly observed failing to maintain the proper lane Monday afternoon, June 10, so police initiated the stop on driver Rafael Jose Ribeiro De Godoy, 27, of Greenwich. Field sobriety tests were reportedly given to De Godoy and he was ultimately arrested and charged, said police. Further investigation allegedly revealed he was without a valid driver's license.
