Suspect Nabbed For String Of Seven Commercial Burglaries In Stamford A Fairfield County man has been nabbed in connection with a string of seven burglaries of area businesses within the past month.  Fabio Martinez-Rodriguez, age 51, of Stamford, was arrested around 3:15 a.m., Monday, Oct. 18, by police following a reported break-in at a variety store in downtown Stamford. That's when officers responded to a break-in at Parkview Variety, 233 Main St., according to Captain Richard Conklin, of the Stamford Police.
