Teen Fires BB Gun Into Home In Fairfield County, Police Say A teen was arrested with another man after allegedly firing a BB gun into a Fairfield County home during what appears to have been a botched burglary attempt. Officer Awarded For Tracking Down Suspect Who Attempted To Steal Mother's Purse In Norwalk A Norwalk Police officer was recently named Officer of the Month for tracking down a suspect who attempted to steal a woman's purse as she was putting her baby in a car seat.  Officer Ramon Tejada came to the rescue on Friday, May 31, when the woman was walking to her vehicle with her seven-month-old child on North Water Street, said the Norwalk Police Department.
