Stamford Motorist Driving Without Headlights On Charged With DUI, Greenwich Police Say A Stamford driver was charged with drunk driving in Greenwich after being pulled over or having no headlights on. He was traveling east on Delevan Avenue between Meade Avenue and TIngue Street Sunday, July 21 at 3:55 a.m. when police noticed the headlights were not on according to Greenwich Police. The vehicle reportedly was crossing over the double-yellow line into the westbound lane of travel, said police.
