Stamford Woman Stole $100K From Employer, Greenwich Police Say A Stamford woman was arrested for stealing more than $100,000 from her employers over several years, according to Greenwich Police. Joann Heerman, 50, of Brinkerhoff Avenue, was arrested Tuesday for larceny following a lengthy investigation by Greenwich police that undercovered her financial crimes that dated back to 2009, said Lt. John Slusarz. According to Slusarz, Heerman worked for a couple that owned two large buildings on Greenwich Avenue that included both commercial and residential units.
