Darien TV Personality 'Mr. Wonder' Sentenced To Prison For Child Sex Crime
DARIEN, Conn. -- Nearly 40 years after vanishing amid allegations he abused children on a camping trip, a former television personality believed to have lived in Darien was sentenced to five years in prison. Frank John Selas III -- who hosted the "Mr. Wonder" show on KNOE-TV in Louisiana -- pleaded guilty in Louisiana to one count of indecent behavior with a child, Rapides Parish Assistant District Attorney Brian Mosley said in a statement.
