Man, Woman Charged After Dispute Gets Physical In New Canaan Parking Lot Two are facing criminal charges after a verbal dispute turned physical in a New Canaan parking lot, police said. Shortly after 9 p.m. on Saturday night, members of the New Canaan Police Department were dispatched to a Lakeview Avenue apartment complex, where there was a report of a domestic dispute in the area. Police said that their investigation found that there was a fight between a man and woman that became physical.
