Husband, Father From Norwalk Dies In ATV Crash: 'His Life Was Full Of Potential' A Connecticut family is mourning the loss of a beloved husband and expectant father who was killed in an ATV crash. Fairfield County resident Andrii Yavorskyi, age 30, of Norwalk, died in the wreck that happened Friday, Oct. 27, in New York, according to New York State Police. An investigation determined that he was operating a Polaris Sportsman ATV in Boonville in Oneida County when he lost control on a sharp curve. He then drove off the roadway and was ejected when the vehicle overturned. Yavorskyi was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said. According to investigators, he was not …

Hartford County resident Se’Cret Pierce, of Hartford, was shot twice around 8:40 p.m. on Thursday, April 20 at 48 Huntington St., said Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police. One Arrested In Fatal Hit-Run Of Renowned CT Marathon Runner, Police Looking For Second Suspect A juvenile has been arrested in connection with the hit-and-run death of a popular Connecticut man who was an avid marathon runner.  Police said 53-year-old Henryk Gudelski, a much-decorated runner, was struck by a car in Hartford County in the area of Belden Street and East Street in New Britain. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Gudelski was hit by a stolen Audi out of Hartford while he was running on the sidewalk; he was hit so hard he flew across the street.
