CT Man Charged For 'Displaying' Gun During Road Rage Incident A Connecticut man was charged with threatening after allegedly displaying a gun during a road rage incident on Route 72. The incident occurred in Hartford County around 4:30 p.m., Monday, April 1, on westbound Route 72 in Plainville.
