New Haven County resident Jean Carlos Colon, age 26, of Meriden, was apprehended by Connecticut State Police on Thursday, Nov. 25, after troopers received a lookout from the Mohegan Police for a red and black Mini Cooper that was had hit a Mohegan Police car, state police said. Westport Man Nabbed After Striking Another Driver In Greenwich Road-Rage Incident, Police Say A man wanted in connection with a reported Greenwich road-rage incident in July was nabbed while receiving treatment at an area hospital. Steven Lepkowski, 27, of Westport, was arrested Saturday at Stamford Hospital on an active warrant for the July incident, said the Greenwich Police.
