The identities have been released for both a male employee at a popular Westchester restaurant who was stabbed to death late Tuesday morning and a female co-worker who has been charged with murder. The suspect in the incident at River City Grille on Route 9 in Irvington, identified by Irvington Police as 27-year-old Rosa Ramirez of New York City, who was recently hired as a dishwasher at the restaurant, has been charged with murder and was arraigned Tuesday afternoon.
