Four Arrested For Stealing More Than $1K Of Rogaine, Other Goods In Fairfield Four people were nabbed for stealing more than a $1,200 worth of merchandise from a local drugstore in Fairfield. The thefts were uncovered around 1:58 a.m. Thursday when a Fairfield Police officer on routine patrol stopped to assist a subject who flagged him down on Stratfield Road, said Lt. Robert Kalamaras.
