As of Monday afternoon, all of the polling places in the city will be open and there will be no changes because of Hurricane Sandy. There still are more than 2,300 Connecticut Light & Power customers in Stamford without power, according to the utility company’s outage report at 2:35 p.m.
The voting locations, all open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., are: • District 1: Our Lady Star of the Sea, 1170 Shippan Ave.
• District 2: Domus, 83 Lockwood Ave. • District 3: K.T. Murphy School, 19 Horton St. • District 4: Julia A. Stark School, 398 Glenbrook Road. • District 5: Stamford High School, 55 Strawberry Hill Road. • District 6: Agudath Shalom, 301 Strawberry Hill Road. • District 7: First Presbyterian Church, 1101 Bedford St. • District 8: Westover Magnet Elementary School, 412 Stillwater Ave. • District 9: Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 1 Schuyler Ave. • District 10: Westover Magnet Elementary School, 412 Stillwater Ave. • District 11: Stillmeadow Elementary School, 800 Stillwater Road. • District 12: Cloonan Middle School, 11 W.
