A man found walking through a Connecticut neighborhood had allegedly stabbed himself.
The man was found around 8 a.m., Monday, Dec. 28, in New Haven County after the Derby Police Department received a call regarding a man walking on Francis Street with what appeared to be multiple stab wounds to his torso, police said.
Due to conflicting stories from the victim, a neighborhood canvas was conducted.
Preliminary evidence suggests the wounds were self-inflicted, police said.
An ambulance transported the man to Bridgeport Hospital where he is reportedly in stable condition.
