STAMFORD, Conn. With National Trails Day taking place this weekend, there are plenty of hiking events in Stamford to celebrate the day.
Friday, June 1
Stamford Museum & Nature Center Annual Wine Tasting: 7 p.m. The nature center will honor longtime supporter Jane Rosenthal as it offers a fine wine tasting and silent auction. 42nd Street: 8 p.m. The Tony Award-winning musical comes to Curtain Call for the month of June, with its premiere Friday. The show will take place in the Kweskin Theatre, 1349 Newfield Ave. Tickets are $28 for adults, $20 for seniors and $14 for students and children.

Sunday, June 3
Hope in Motion's Run, Walk & Ride: 7 a.m. Help Hope in Motion reach its fundraising goal of $1 million by running or walking 3.1 miles or riding either 50, 20 or 10 miles. Everything takes place at Columbus Park in Stamford.
Wildlife C.S.I. Hike: 6 p.m. Take the kids to learn how to trace and track animals with an educational hike through the trails of the nature center.
