Stamford Hospital Plans Memorial 9/11 Blood Drive

STAMFORD, Conn. – Days after the tragic events of Sept. 11, residents called Stamford Hospital hoping to donate blood to help victims from that day. Now, 10 years later, the hospital is holding a blood drive to honor those same victims.

The American Red Cross Blood Drive will be held Monday, Sept. 12, at the Tully Health Center from 7 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. To schedule an appointment call the Red Cross at (800) RED-CROSS, or visit its Website.

The health center is located at 32 Strawberry Hill Road in Stamford.
