Combs currently is a project manager in the company’s Stamford office, working on the Summer House project.
The Y recently created a Junior Board comprised of young professionals, educators and athletes. The goal of the new board is to expand the capacity of the general Board of Directors while developing future leaders for the Y.
Those elected to the Junior Board will serve a two-year term and all share a commitment to programs that benefit Stamford’s young people.
Combs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Connecticut and joined Erland in 2011.
Erland Construction, with offices in Hamden and Burlington, Mass., is a shop construction management and general contracting firm. The company focuses on new construction, additions, and renovations in major market sectors including academic, residential, office, commercial, and healthcare.
