Here are five top coffee cafés in Union County that promise to provide that needed jolt, relaxation and a little something to eat, too!

Track 5, 5 Eastman St., Cranford. The one thing you see over and over again on Track 5’s reviews on its Facebook page? People who swear they will come again—and again! Pour over coffee, unique blends and plenty of pastry choices.

The Coffee Box, 1359 South Ave., Plainfield and 1464 Irving St. Rahway. With pour over specials and beans to go as well as drip coffee, the Coffee Box is known for its Americano. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere and a good selection of food go along nicely with your cup of joe.

Van Gogh’s Ear, 1017 Stuyvesant Ave., Union. Café and restaurant, Van Gogh’s Ear has delicious coffee and it makes several top 10 lists online. Try the Lucky Charms coffee confection for a magically delicious treat.
