Brookfield Woman Among Three Arrested After Altercation At Tavern Three people were arrested following an altercation at a Northern Westchester tavern that left one man injured. The incident began about 11:10 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, when a dispute broke out among several people who knew each other inside O’Connor’s Public House at 222 East Main St. in Mount Kisco, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police. Fairfield County Man, 50, Seriously Injured In Bicycling Accident A 50-year-old man was seriously injured early Saturday morning in a bicycling accident in Northern Westchester. At approximately 8:15 a.m. Saturday, Pound Ridge Police, Pound Ridge Fire, Pound Ridge Volunteer Ambulance and Westchester EMS ALS paramedics were dispatched to Lower Shad Road for a bicyclist down in the roadway.  Pound Ridge Police arrived on the scene and began rendering aid to a semi-conscious male identified as Gerald Lynch of Cos Cob.
