Man Charged With ID Theft, Larceny In Greenwich A man from Westchester is facing ID theft and larceny charges after he allegedly attempted to fraudulently purchase a pair of high-end sunglasses in Greenwich, police say. Greenwich Police received a report of a potentially fraudulent purchase made at the Sunglass Hut store located at 260 Greenwich Avenue on Thursday, Feb. 21 around 1:30 p.m. Upon further investigation, officers discovered that 34-year-old Juan Rodriguez-Torres of New Rochelle had allegedly tried to purchase a pair of Chanel sunglasses (MSRP $585) by using personal and identifiable information of another individual.
